Can't help but laugh when you buy a book to enhance your knowledge and the opening legal disclaimer makes it clear the author isn't an expert!
The world has gone crazy - regardless, the book was full of grammatical and spelling errors. It didn't add anything to my knowledge. It's inexpensive - but roll the dice on another book.
The book contains very much repetition and grammatical errors. It's apparent that the author doesn't know the Raspberry Pi well, and at times his style sounded like he could be a $5-per-1,000-words Fiverr writer. I would like to be more positive, but I can't, since the book mainly wasted my time.
Not what I thought this book was all about. More of a "what you will need after you buy your Pi" book more than anything else.
Disappointed.
I'm new to the world of coding, and this book gave me the confidence to finally take action and create what I want. I have so many ideas that I want to move forward with, but I always got discouraged by the learning process but now it looks like that fear is gone!
A very informative read about Raspberry Pi 3. I enjoyed this book especially because of how it explains everything and how even a beginner can perfectly understand it. I find the chapters about making your own home arcade box and how to make your own phone with Raspberry Pi 3 add tremendous value to this book and I felt it was very intriguing to myself.
My brother and I are trying to find a book for his that will help us learn more about coding and robotics and this book helped us a lot! Very informative and very easy to read. Coding/programming can be so frustrating, but as the book said, with the right mindset, it can also be fun! We're thinking of getting a raspberry Pi 3, its benefits and the guidelines seems good enough for us! ❤️
